The applicant grants FACULTY HOUSE, s.r.o., IČO: 45561575 (hereinafter only facultyhousemartin.sk) by confirming the relevant field before sending the registration form, consent to the processing of his personal data. The applicant grants facultyhousemartin.sk this consent until further notice, for a maximum of 90 years.
2. facultyhousemartin.sk processes personal data to fulfill its obligations to Applicants and Program Members, especially when contacting Applicants in connection with sending a confirmation e-mail, notifying the Member of the possibility of registration for the following period and for sending advertising messages related to products / portfolios facultyhousemartin.sk, or third parties. By sending the registration form, the Applicant agrees to the sending of advertising messages.
3. facultyhousemartin.sk further processes personal data for the benefit of the Applicant in order to keep a history of his registrations and increase the comfort of his further registrations through automatic pre-filling of the registration form. facultyhousemartin.sk is responsible for ensuring that this personal data will not be used for other purposes, in particular will not be made available to third parties except to the extent necessary to meet the obligations of facultyhousemartin.sk under these GTC, or sending advertising messages, if requested by the Applicant. 4. facultyhousemartin.sk processes personal data in the case of the Applicant - consumer in the range of first name, surname, username, address of permanent residence (street, census and reference number of the building, city, postal code), address for delivery of documents in paper form, if different from addresses of permanent residence, billing address, contact e - mail address, telephone number, and in the case of a natural person - entrepreneur and natural person who filled in the application for a legal entity first name and surname of the person and his relationship to the Applicant, business name, resp. name, registered office, resp. place of business of the Applicant, ID number of the Applicant, VAT number of the Applicant, if assigned, e - mail address of the Applicant and address for delivery of documents of the Applicant, if different from the registered office or place of business of the Applicant.

Your personal data in the range: e-mail, telephone, name we need to provide our services (sending e-books, sending access to applications, sending online courses, delivery of required information, solving your requests sent through inquiry forms, finding a suitable financial agent for intermediation of financial products and consultancy in the field of financial services).

Marketing - sending newsletters
